6:20 am – Lauds (Morning Prayer)
7:00 am – Mass, breakfast and lectio divina
9:00 am – Morning work
12:00pm – Noon Prayer (11:40 am on Sunday) and dinner
1:15 pm – Afternoon work
5:35 pm – Vespers (Evening Prayer)
6:00 pm – Supper and recreation
7:30 pm -Vigils (Night Prayer)
Sunday Mass is at 10:00 am.
