In this month of November, let us pray for all the souls in purgatory. Pictured below is the abbey cemetery where the deceased monks of St Peter’s are laid to rest.

First morning with snow on abbey grounds this winter season occurred on October 28th.

One of our 100 year old Black Spruce was broken and fell on October 24 2026, a victim of the battle between the Polar Vortex and El Nino.

On October 21 and 22 of this year the Benedictine monks met with CRS to discuss the future of the Abbey and its various relationships with our College and the Diocese of Saskatoon. There was an overall attitude of cautious optimism.
