While spring is a welcome season at the abbey, it also involves cleaning up the gardens and grounds. In late April, Our novices helped pick some stones from the garden, assisted by two guests, Jan and Joseph.

A grass fire on Abbey land north of Highway 5 occurred on Easter Monday. It burnt up a section of the grass in the tree grove planted some years ago.

On holy Saturday the Abbey church was prepared for the Easter celebrations.

Abbot Peter, Fr. Richard and Fr. Paul attended the supper and mass in Saskatoon celebrating the blessing of the chrism oils April 15.
