Abbot Peter took part in the ad limina visit of the bishops of Western Canada March
25 to April 2. He is secretary of the western bishops region of Canada. They met
with Pope Francis on Monday, March 27

Br. Wolfgang planted tomato seeds March 19. He will transplant the seedlings in the Abbey greenhouse and grow fresh tomatoes for the community.

Abbot Peter preached parish Lenten retreats at Shellbrook and Leask the weekend of March 10-12.

The Abbey experienced its first winter blizzard on Tuesday, March 7. Several staff members were not able to come to work. It was followed the next day By a typical sunny winter day in Saskatchewan.
