The Vietnamese community celebrated a Marian feast at the Saskatoon Cathedral on May 22. More than 500 people attended the Mass which attracted people from Saskatchewan and other western provinces. Br. Anthony is seen at the banquet which followed the Mass. Abbot Peter also attended the celebrations.

Abbot Leander Dosch, ocso, visited St. Peter’s Abbey May 17-19 with his niece Gwen Fagnou of Calgary, a Benedictine Oblate. Retired Trappist Abbot Leander lives in Salt Lake city. Both were born in Annaheim Sask. and visited relatives in the area.

Br. Wolfgang’s and Abbot Peter Watch as Br. Basil releases 150 young fish into the Abbey water reservoir. Br. Wolfgang promises to catch a lot of mature fish for us this fall.
