Br. Wolfgang’s and Abbot Peter Watch as Br. Basil releases 150 young fish into the Abbey water reservoir. Br. Wolfgang promises to catch a lot of mature fish for us this fall.

Hi from Canada. Well we woke up to snow this morning here in Saskatchewan. It likely won’t last long and it will only make the grass a bit white. I thought it might be of interest to you to see what the weather is like across the pond.

The monks of St. Peter’s Abbey had their annual retreat May 1-5. On Tuesday afternoon they gathered in the cemetery to pray Vespers for, and with, their departed members.

Abbot Peter attended the CRC Council meeting at Mary Ward Centre in Toronto April 13 – 15. For the past six years he has represented Western Canada on the national council of leaders of religious communities in Canada.
