The life of Abbot Peter Novecosky of the Order of St. Benedict, religious superior of the monks of St. Peter’s Abbey in Muenster Saskatchewan Canada was celebrated at St. Augustine’s Church in Humboldt Saskatchewan on August 20 2024.
Archbishop Donald Bolan gave the homily . Many bishops, religious superiors from all over Western Canada, as well as many priests–both young and old–who worked with Abbot Peter concelebrated. Over 300 family and friends were in the congregation.
