Fr. Richard celebrated the funeral of his mother Harlinda Meidl on Thursday, Nov. 28.

The funeral was held in Dauphin, Man. where she lived. In two months she would have been 100 years old.

Edmundo Cruz just finished his two-week live-in with the monks of St. Peter’s Abbey.

Fr. Joe Ackerman, OSB and Br. Wolfgang Thiem, OSB are the elder monks of St. Peter’s Abbey.

Each celebrated his 92nd birthday this year.

Br. Wolfgang says he is the older of the two.

His birthday was in April and Fr. Joe celebrated his birthday in September.
